-We are a real estate company specializing in the management of apartment buildings and multi-family homes.  In these hard economic times it is important to find the right people to manage your investment.  With 29 years in real estate sales and over 16 years experience in property management, we bring our hands-on approach to the management of apartment buildings and multi-family rentals.  Our services range from managing the in/out day-to-day business of tenants to paying all bills related to the property including mortgage, GET, etc. We also handle repairs, manage and oversee remodeling, handle evictions, and even mediate tenants disputes when necessary.  We also create House Rules if none already exist, arrange for towing cars, and more.  In addition, we do thorough tenant screenings and credit checks.
